or Associate Member to join and approved by the Competition Committee. 

 

 

This person will be allowed to Play at a Full or Associate Rate.

 

 

Notes:

 

1. Please complete the form and return it with payment as soon as possible to allow the Golf Club to provide

     tournament deposits to the golf courses.

 

 

2. RETIREES ONLY:  Retirees must be a member of the E-Club in order to be a member of the Golf Club.

 

     If you have previously paid your Annual Fee ($10) to the E-Club, you must provide the E-Club ID Number along

     with $15 to the Golf Club for membership.  If you have not joined the E-Club, please send $25 to the Golf Club

     and we will register you with the E-Club.

 

 

3. Special Members:  Will need to fill out the form above and return it with your money of $50.  This cost will cover

      your E-Club dues and Golf Club dues for the year. 

 

 

4.  Please note that in order for you to be a member of the Golf Club, YOU MUST be an E-Club Member!! 

 

      To comply with E-Club Regulations, this form requires your E-Club Member Number that appears on the

      cards that you received when you joined the E-Club.  Please include that number in order for your application

      to be processed.  Additionally, spouses membership does not qualify per E-Club rules.
