MATCH PLAY TOURNAMENT 2006

 

·        A match play tournament will be played during 2006.

·        It will be a double elimination tournament.

·        It will be opened to Club Members ONLY.

·        It will be handicapped at 80% of difference between players’ handicaps.

·        Handicaps will be obtained from Phil Young or the current posted handicap on the Golf Club’s website.

·        Entry fee is $25.

 

Prizes are as follows:

·        40%          1st

·        25%          2nd

·        15%          3rd

·        10%          4th

·        10%          Trophy(s)

 

Calendar of Play:

·        The first round will begin the                              1 APR 2006

·        The second round will begin the                        1 MAY 2006

·        The third round will begin the                             1 JUN 2006

·        The fourth round will begin the                           1 JUL 2006

·        The fifth round will begin the                               1 AUG 2006

·        The sixth round will begin the                             1 SEP 2006

·        Etc.

 

Play may be anywhere players choose.

 

A drawing will be held on 27 March 2006 to determine placement.

 

Any disputes or disagreements will be heard and a resolution determined by the Match Play Director.
